Training and Focus Groups

We offer bespoke workshops to help managers and staff deal with a range of issues. One of the most in demand is our experiential Stress Awareness and Building Resilience programme which helps employees recognise the signs of stress in themselves and their colleagues, and gives them a practical and useful toolkit to better deal with it. Only 11% of employees currently have access to stress management training despite organisations knowing this is a serious issue impacting short and long term absence levels, productivity and morale.

Our experienced corporate training team also offers workshops for team-building; communication; change; conflict and any other issues impacting the team or organisation. Psychometrics like MBTI, FIRO and the TKI will often be used to explore personal working styles, preferences and interpersonal differences in an illuminating and constructive way. All training is preceeded by a free and detailed consultation to ensure we fully understand the needs and the corporate culture so we deliver the interventions that are going to have the best results for all concerned – the participants and the organisation. The training and subsequent feedback can also help organisations identify the areas that need most urgent action and inform any future health and wellness initiatives and strategies.
